Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • lemon juice (to season chicken breasts)
  • breadcrumbs
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • parsley (Ground)
  • flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • butter (for frying steaks, enough to cover the pan)
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 lemon juice
  • broccoli (baked)
  • mashed potatoes (Homemade)

Directions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with cheese, garlic powder, and ground parsley.
  3. Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in a bit of butter (enough to cover the skillet).
  5. Heat the butter, white wine, and lemon juice to a boil, then reduce heat.
  6. To serve, sprinkle the chicken with the butter sauce, and accompany with broccoli, and mashed potatoes.

This 4 star chicken steak recipe is a must have in my family because it tastes so divine. The meat is so tender and full of juice; while the butter adds additional moisture and a wholesome flavorful ness. Made it several times and will continue to do so.
