Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • lemon juice (to season chicken breasts)
  • bread crumbs
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • parsley (Ground)
  • flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • butter (for frying steaks, enough to cover the pan)
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1 lemon juice
  • broccoli (baked)
  • mashed potatoes (Homemade)

Directions

  1. 1Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
  2. 2Mix the breadcrumbs with cheese, garlic powder, and ground parsley.
  3. 3Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  4. 4Fry in a bit of butter (enough to cover the skillet).
  5. 5Heat the butter, white wine, and lemon juice to a boil, then reduce heat.
  6. 6To serve, sprinkle the chicken with the butter sauce, and accompany with broccoli, and mashed potatoes.
