These light buttery cupcakes are a sweet treat anytime of the day. Made with your favorite jam, these cupcakes are buttery and sweet. Can be frozen for enjoyment at a later date.

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare cupcake pans with paper liners.
- Begin by energetically churning the butter with the sugar. Then, add the eggs, and whisk again until the mixture is fluffy and whitish.
- Add flour and baking powder, and mix without whisking. Place the dough in the molds, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and let cool slightly. With a sharp knife cut the top off the cupcakes, and spread 1 teaspoon of jam in each one. Replace the top, and serve.
