I had to improvise on the amount of salt since it was not included but was required. They were very good cookies

Pretty good for butter cookies, I like them but maybe put icing on them if I’m making them to share next time.

a lovely cookie. I used a butter-vanilla emulsion in place of the vanilla (a new product to me, and it was lovely), and added some lemon flavoured baking chips.
