  • arugula (washed and squeezed)
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 2 mandarins
  • mint leaves
  • 20 grams pecans
  • olive oil

  1. Toast bread, cut in half, and cover with arugula.
  2. Cut the burrata cheese in 4 piece, place 1 piece on each slice of bread.
  3. To peel the mandarins, slice off the 2 ends with a small knife, then peel completely.
  4. Slide the knife between each segment to extract the supreme.
  5. Place the larger supremes on top of burrata cheese. Garnish with pecans and chopped mint. Add a few drops of olive oil.

I used potato bread instead of farmhouse and it was great. I love the flavor of the burrata cheese. Wow, this is a very tasty appetizer.
