Burger of Tuna tartare and avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 bread rolls (Italian)
  • 200 grams tuna steak
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 grams field salad
  • 20 milliliters oil (sesameseed)
  • 20 grams sesame seeds
  • salt (/pepper)

Directions

  1. Cut the bread rolls in half. f desired, briefly roast.
  2. Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Destroy the pulp and add some salt and pepper.
  3. Cover the bread rolls with some avocado spread and field salad
  4. Cut up the tuna steak into very small pieces (tartare).
  5. Mix it with some sesame oil, chives and sesame seeds.
  6. Let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  7. Work the tuna mixture into two patties, roughly 1,5 cm thick. Be sure to press them together thoroughly.
  8. Briefly sear the tuna patties in a frying pan, no more then a few seconds.
  9. Build your burger, add the remaining avocado spread and some chives for decoration.
