  • 1 stick carrot (thin slice)
  • 4 fresh mushroom (pcs medium, thin slice)

  • 3 sticks spring onion (thin slice)
  • water
  • bean sprout (a little bit)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vege)

    Directions

    1. marinade beef with bulgogi sauce in refrigerator for a day.
    2. Heat pan with oil, stir onion till soft add spring onion, mushroom and carrot.
    3. Add the marinade beef, water. let it simmer.
