  • 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise (I use reduced fat)
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
  • 2 dashes worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 pinches salt (and pepper)
  • 1 head cauliflower (washed and dried and broken into large chicken wing-sized chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons hot sauce (your favourite, to taste, I use Sriracha because it's my favorite, but any kind works)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 pinches salt
