- 4 Mission Flour Tortillas
- 2 cups chicken (cooked)
- 1/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- celery leaves (chopped for decoration)

Delicious! For the big game, or on the run! Variation: We love the Frank's Buffalo Chicken DIP recipe. Making these quesadillas proved to be slightly quicker than baking a dip in the oven. I combined a near equal part of ranch dressing (just shy of 1/3 cup), and three Tbsp of cream cheese to Frank's Buffalo hot sauce. 30 seconds in the microwave, and a quick whisk to incorporate till smooth. Now mix with your shredded chicken, and sprinkle the shredded cheddar when assembling the tortillas in the pan as directed.

it was very good. i added some onions and green peppers to the mix and it added another level of texture.
