They turned out great! I had to cook for an extra 10 minutes though. Spices and sauce seemed good to me!

Love these! Quick and easy week night meal or perfect appetizer for a party! Usually serve these with green veggies and over either mashed potatoes, rice or Mac and cheese! Personally, I love garlic so I added double the amount and used fresh instead of powdered.

After reading other reviews, I added twice the garlic and a third more onion powder. Will make this again.
Maybe finish with a little broiler time . These are great . Wings without the bones and skin ......

Everyone really liked these. I will make them again I followed the recipe exactly. Instead of crumbled blue cheese I put them out with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Nice start, but I had to play with the spices a bit to suit my taste. Subbed the onion powder for chopped scallions for color as well as flavor. Instead of meatballs, I formed the meat mixture into patties and topped them with the blue cheese so it would melt. Served on toasted buns with hot sauce on the side.

Followed to the letter and turned out pretty blah. Think it could use a lot more seasoning in the meat.

Very quick and easy to make. Honestly my expectations were low when I was rolling them into meatballs, because they looked so gross 😂. But they turned out delicious and were a hit with everyone. Will definitely be making them again!

love this recipe!!! Didn't have celery, so I swapped for minced onions and used a mix of hot and barbeque sauces.

They were delicious! I put a little more garlic in.then recipe called for also used noble made by the primal hot sauce . The hot version(could go with medium if you want less bite. )

They came out good. Next time in place of the crumbley blue cheese. I would serve it with blue cheese dressing to dip.

Turned out good. Next time I’d opt to make the balls smaller (closer to 1oz)
