It turned out like I expected - great! Recipe is simple. The ingredients list calls for oregano but the instructions didn't say where to use it. So I skipped it. I also added smoked paprika to the chicken, just because I add it to almost everything now. Yum! I like it because it's low carb/low fat and still good and spicy! Watch what ranch or blue cheese dressing you use if you like to dip. That could blow the whole healthy part of this ;-)

my family loves them! my daughters ages 15 and 5 ask me to make them weekly. i was confused on the serving size though. Is 1 meatball 30 calories?

The meatballs were to dry - would not make again. The recipe is simple enough but needs something more.

Too dry and hard. Has to eat straight after. Probably best to fry and coat rather than bake. Next please!
