- 2 quarts safflower oil (for frying)
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 head cauliflower (trimmed and cut into small florets)
- 2 tablespoons butter (or Earth Balance, melted)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (preferably Frank's Red Hot)

I didnt particularly care for the flavor of the cauliflower with the batter. I won't be using this recipe any more.

Easy and delicious! I've been trying to replicate restaurant Buffalo cauliflower for awhile. This is the best recipe I've tried.
