I liked it. I did a little variation on the recipe - I added soy sauce and strawberry jam to keep up that sweet and salty vibe. I only had frozen Brussels sprouts on hand, so it was obviously a little soggy. The apples and bacon were great and I can't wait to try with fresh sprouts.
