Turned out great! I might add some feta or Asiago cheese but that would add fat and calories. Delicious the way it is 👍🏻

Amazing! I couldn’t find basil pesto hummus at my local grocery store so I just mixed in pesto with regular hummus. I brought it as a side to a family holiday party! It was a big hit!!

These turned out much better than expected and were a hit with everyone. I made half the quantity with homemade hummus, and the other half with the same hummus but mixed 2-to-1 with some store bought pesto sauce. Both were delicious. The zucchini I got took a lot longer to cook in the oven, but it was worth it. I skipped on the vinegar in the tomato mix (no one in our home likes vinegar) and replaced with just a bit of olive oil and lime juice. I also added some feta as suggested buy another commenter.

This is so delicious ! I sprinkled fat free feta cheese on top before serving the dish which gave it a real gourmet taste. I also shared this recipe with a few of my friends and they all gave it a thumbs up! This is definitely a 5 star.

This was a winner with my husband! I did altar it a bit by adding cut up celery, onion and fresh mushrooms, added a little Romano cheese and baked slow for about 50 minutes. Oh yes, I did add the zucchini that I scooped out (some of it) of the boat! Absolutely delicious and a wonderful side to my pork roast. Did I mention colorful too!

It was pleasing to the eye and I think this is a quick and easy mid week meal accompaniment. Thumbs up!

I really liked it ,it was the only thing that I ate ,had 2 portions and was satisfied the only thing I wouldn"t put is salt ,the tomatoes are pretty salty so I did' t need more

This was extremely delicious and filled me up. I had 2 servings of this for dinner, so it was only 220 cals but so filling. Highly recommend.
