  • 1 cup green onions (sliced, or less)
  • 1 red bell pepper (large, cut in 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (or less)
  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar (not seasoned vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • sugar
  • 2 teaspoons splenda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic puree (also called ground garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger purée (also called ground ginger, could also use grated ginger root)
