    The sweetness of the brown sugar was really good, but I didn’t think the dish had that much flavor overall. If I make it again, I think I’ll add some spice to it. It also took about 35 minutes to cook on top of the initial 15.

    Good. Not too sweet because the sugar melts and slides off, which is good and bad.

    It was good. I marinated it in soy sauce and garlic the night before though. I would definetly make this again.

    The chicken does take more than 15 minutes to cook I give it about 25/27 min to fully cook other than that sprinkle some parsley over the top for looks and serve with a good few sides

    The carmelized texture really made this great. I did marinate it overnight in oil and brown sugar. Definitely something I'd make again over rice maybe
