- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the salt and black pepper. Arrange them in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the chicken breasts and gently pat it down to create an even coating. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the chicken.

The sweetness of the brown sugar was really good, but I didn’t think the dish had that much flavor overall. If I make it again, I think I’ll add some spice to it.
It also took about 35 minutes to cook on top of the initial 15.

It was good. I marinated it in soy sauce and garlic the night before though. I would definetly make this again.

The chicken does take more than 15 minutes to cook I give it about 25/27 min to fully cook other than that sprinkle some parsley over the top for looks and serve with a good few sides

The carmelized texture really made this great. I did marinate it overnight in oil and brown sugar. Definitely something I'd make again over rice maybe
