Made this for my kids. My Husband and our 5 year old ate them up ! Our 2 year old apparently has had better. This is most likely becoming a staple in our house super easy!

I’m always looking for new ways to serve vegetables and this carrot recipe is so easy and really good. I didn’t have baby carrots but cut up regular ones and they worked great. I roasted them with some cinnamon as suggested and it added another level of flavor we really liked.

This was delicious, the brown sugar didn’t melt completely with just tossing them in it so I covered the dish...

This was a great side dish. I wouldn't change a thing and would definitely make it again. It was the right amount of sweetness.

These were great! They reminded me of sweet potato fries. I used an olive oil on them and turned them about midway through cooking.
