I cooked the rice for awhile in 1/2 the amount of water, and after awhile, added the milk so the rice would cook in it (I used a combination of 5% cream, almond milk and soy chocolate milk). I used just a few spoonfuls of maple butter as sweetener and a bunch of raisins (prob 3/4 cup). Turned out very good.
