My husband and I love this power bowl. I've made it several times now and I've made some adjustments along the way. First, it is an easy recipe to make. However, the prep time takes at least an hour and it's labor intense. But it's worth it. I stopped putting the tahini mixture in the blender and now I just wisk it well and touch-up mix as I'm prepping and cooking everything. For some reason, the flavor shines so much more just hand mixed. I added a good squeeze of lemon and 1/2 tsp of pepper tonight and it turned out great. I didn't have the energy to chop the fresh herbs, so I left those off. Veggies are flexible. I've used the garbanzo beans and I've used black beans-and no beans is great too. It can be served hot and it's beautiful chilled the next day. Enjoy!
