Delicious cooked this for a dinner date for a vegetarian friend. I’m a meat eater, she loved it. I added spicy sausage to the leftovers for work after. Tasted great in both forms. I’d substituted bread crumbs with crispy fried onions, as it was what I had.

We weren’t able to find fresh French breadcrumbs and used Italian style, and that ruined the texture of the dish for us - otherwise the flavors were wonderful! Mainly writing the review to say if you can’t find fresh breadcrumbs, go for panko/bigger sized breadcrumbs instead of Italian style.

Love it! Delicious n minimal effort. I did add bird chilli to make it lil spicy . Instead of using spaghetti, I was using penne pasta instead. Make do of whatever we have in the kitchen 😋
