I modified this recipe and it turned out great! I added Alfredo sauce with champagne and put shrimps. So basically, I changed this recipe but used most of the ingredients. The mushrooms have a splendid taste. Definitely recommend!

We thought this was delicious. Use any mushrooms you like and put as many as you like in there, and use at least a whole stick of butter. I also reserved some pasta water to add to the sauce, then just mixed the pasta and sauce all together. As far as breadcrumbs, only use fresh breadcrumbs that you make yourself, otherwise it will taste like sand. If you don't have fresh breadcrumbs, leave them out.

I didn't like the breadcrumbs taste. I think it will be better if it is made without breadcrumbs.

This was amazing. I will make it every month. it was easy and inexpensive and fast. I have 3 boys 19, 10, and 5 and they all loves it. I don't like bread crumbs though so I left them out and use what ever kind of mushrooms you like.

Delicious cooked this for a dinner date for a vegetarian friend. I’m a meat eater, she loved it. I added spicy sausage to the leftovers for work after. Tasted great in both forms. I’d substituted bread crumbs with crispy fried onions, as it was what I had.
