Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup shallots (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons promise buttery spread
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 4 ounces halibut fillets (grilled or broiled)

Directions

  1. Bring broth, shallots and lemon juice to a boil in 1-quart saucepan over high heat. Continue boiling 10 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Remove from heat. Stir in Promise® Buttery Spread, parsley and lemon peel with wire whisk. Serve over halibut.
