    Turned out pretty good.... wasn’t as flavorful as I would’ve liked. The Parmesan cheese made the dish complete! I’d make it again and probably add fresh garlic and a little salt

    This oyster recipe was rather tasty and pleasantly delicious. The herbs were pretty forward in the flavor profile and it’s important to cut them finely. The mix of the herbs, oil, and champagne vinegar are a good combination.
