    I give this recipe 5 stars because it was EASY and FLAVORFUL. This was a wonderful recipe. I like my lamb chops cooked with a little pink in the middle and they were still tender. I decided to use Tarragon instead of Rosemary but reduced the amount of Tarragon to 1/2 Tbsp. and added a little chicken broth to the mixture for extra flavor. I will make this dish again and again. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
