2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 thai chile
1 can crab
2 slices bread (stale)

1Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
2Heat a pan and pour in a little bit of oil. Saute the onion and garlic. Stir well. Add the allspice and thai chili pepper. Drain the crab and add it to the frying pan. Season with salt and pepper and remove the chili. Tear up the bread slices and soak them in a little milk. Add it to the crab mixture and mix well.
3Put the crab mixture into small containers or ramekins. Sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and place them under your oven's broiler until lightly browned.
