- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (grated)
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup toasted cashews (for topping)
- 3 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (for sauce)
- 2 cups broccolini
- 2 cups button mushrooms (chopped)

Directions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium high heat.
- Brown the ground turkey for about 3-5 minutes.
