These were perfect! The dough requires some time and effort to prepare, but the end result is definitely worth the trouble. The only thing I changed was to leave out the pepperoni because I am a vegetarian. I added instead some chopped mushrooms to the filling and it turned out great! The dough was perfect for the calzones, which were crispy on the outside and perfectly moist and soft on the inside! I am sure this dough will work for pizzas and breads as well, so I will definitely make it again very soon.
