The caloric content on this sandwich scared me a bit, but it was worth every delicious one. It was so flavorful and easy to make. I made them for our family reunion and there wasn’t one left. It’s different and different is good. I didn’t put the nutmeg in this one, but rather I added seasoned salt and onion powder to give it a great flavor. It’s amazing and so tender. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever ate before.
