Ingredients

  • 20 ounces broccoli florets (frozen, thawed, drained and roughly chopped or 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, cooked and roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 red bell pepper (medium, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Directions

  1. 1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except almonds. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, stir in almonds and season, if desired, with salt.     Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.
