Delicious!! The kids loved it too! Made as written, though didn’t have cheese on hand.

Good, needs more seasoning in my opinion but that could’ve just been me not being a good cook! ;-)...I will make again though, I just need to get the seasoning right!

Very good! I would make it again, probably just add more broccoli!

This dish was pretty weird. I was already wondering where the taste would come from since it only calls for garlic, salt, and water but I read some other reviews and decided to add some fresh lemon zest/juice and some seasonings and it was alright but I won’t make this again. There are way better, similar recipes out there.

Omg so good!! I made one serving for myself and used one clove of garlic.. just enough!! It brought out the amazing flavors and I only used a little bit of olive oil to make it healthier supper good. Definitely recommend!!

Definitely need to add fresh lemon zest and use lemon juice instead of saving the water from draining the noodles. Great cheap quick idea!

Precise measurement! If you want to serve two people or have leftovers for the next day then double it to 8oz orzo! I added garlic, mushrooms & truffle oil along with S&P to give it more flavor, otherwise it comes out a bit plain. So good!

Super easy! Kinda plain, I added the Parmesan cheese. Also pretty filling!

Recipe turned out great. Made orzo with half chicken stock but still lacked great depth of flavor at the end. Was well liked by guests but I feel this recipe could be bumped up a notch.
Mr Someone 17 Dec 2017
Very good recipe but I kicked it up a notch by adding chicken and beef broth. Also, make sure you toast the orzo in a bit of oil or ghee before boiling it. Makes it tastier and you get orzo less doughy

This was super easy to make. I used half the garlic and at the end I added a squeeze of lemon and some parmesan cheese. It tasted yummy. This is great as a side dish and as a meal.
