Was good. The pot was empty really quick.

My entire family loved this. The risotto was easy to make and delicious. Despite other reviews I think the amount of cheese was perfect. I will definitely make again.

Used half the cheese & smoked gouda instead. Was incredible!

Made a vegan version of this recipe and it turned out great. Used vegetable butter and vegan cheese.

It was good but it was thick n dry so not everyone liked it.
There was way to much cheese. 1 cup would have been more than enough. I tossed in the trash.

This was a wonderful dish, however it is ten times better with smoked Gouda cheese instead of cheddar!!!

I love this recipe, but I use a lot less butter and cheese (about one third) because the amount in the original recipe is a little too much for us
