- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Move a rack to the lowest position in the oven.
- Poke the bottom of the frozen pie shell several times with a fork, and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake the pie shell on bottom rack of oven until the bottom is slightly puffed, 12-14 minutes, or according to package directions. When done, remove from the oven and set aside.

Fire, added an extra scallion after reading some comments. I also sprinkled extra cheese on top when there was roughly 10 minutes left.

So good!! I added bacon and made crust from scratch. Still baked the crust as instructed. Will make again.

Going to use plain greek yogurt instead of heavy cream and 2% milk mixed with vegan milk instead of whole milk.

Made this last night for my husband and myself. It was easy to make. It was delicious, but I didn't taste the scallion so I felt it needed something more to spice it up a bit. My husband loved it.

I made this at lunch today with a side of salad! My husband does not like brocolli, so I subbed it with bacon! He really enjoyed this, thank you for a quick, easy recipe! It turned out beautifully.

Yummy, I made it in a bigger pan with puff pastry so just added a bit more eggs and milk etc
