I thought this turned out great. I didn’t have a small cupcake pan, so I used a regular one, I came it with broccoli muffins, and they were amazing. I’ll defiantly make this again. I added a 1/4 cup more chopped onion.

I absolutely love these. I first made them with a friend when we were trying to be super healthy and fell in love! Now, I make them all the time for my roommates and me and we can’t get enough

I cooked this for the first time today and it was a hit. I had about a third of a green bell pepper that needed to go somewhere so I diced or and added it in along with an extra egg to help offset it. Next time I will have to make a larger batch.

these are AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! I added more onion and another 1/2 cup of xtra sharp cheddar cheese. THey are more flavorful than the frozen bagged you buy at the grocery store. make sure you dry the brocoli as the recipe states. this definately will be a keeper!

They were a bit dry. I followed the recipe exactly. Great taste, but some more liquid might help. They are great for side dishes! Easy to make and didn't take too long.

very tasteful, i shredded the broccoli with a cheese grater, cooked it in the microwave and then used a cheese cloth to strain the water. i also added a dash of garlic powder but overall i would deff. make these again

it was delicious! loved the extra-sharp cheddar cheese and i always love nroccoli. I accidentally, let the broccoli steam too long so it go a little too mushy. but all in all, it still tastes great and i will DEF make again!

Made these twice this weekend! I added an extra egg and didn’t have cheddar cheese so I used Monterey Jack. They were yummy and easy to make! They also popped out of the muffin tin very easily so clean up wasn’t bad. next time I’ll use more cheese. I hope they are healthy because I’ve been eating a lot! (1 serving = 1 muffin?) 1 serving is low calories and fat but you really won’t be full just eating one

It was really good. The taste was perfect. I added an extra topping of cheese and changed the bread crumbs for ones that are gluten-free for my friends to enjoy and they turn out fine. The only thing, I found they crumbled a lot and stuck to the pan. Just make sure to coat properly the pan.
