These were really good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as it was and it is great just like it is, but it would also be good to add other veggies and seasonings as well axcording to personal preference. I will definitely make it again.

really good. i did change the recipe a little. i only had one egg. so, to add more moisture i added some heavy whipping cream. i used a shallot that i needed to get ride of intread of onion and it was a really good mild flavor . I was a little lazy and so i baked the whole thing in a pie pan. my little one year old ate all of it and my husband love this so much so good!

They turned out great! I would definitely make them again. Maybe not every time we want broccoli for dinner, but they definitely make a great hors de voirs !!

eh, not my favorite. more trouble than they are worth. u have to tweek the recipe so much that u may as well create your own. if u do make it, make sure to seriously grease up your pan.

turned out good but a little dry at first but I added a slice of cut up raw pork bacon to the mixture and put in the muffin cups and OMG 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲, they were moist and the bacon flavor with the broccoli, cheese, onion, and flavored bread crumbs made that recipe a Keeper. Thank you

There is no need to cook broccoli- just chop into really small pieces. I added 3 Tbs Half and Half, and 3 eggs. Also- if using any flavored bread crumbs- no need to add salt). This dish disappeared withing 5 minutes- my daughter HATES broccoli- and she ate 6 of them!!!

Kids loved it. I fried in in a pan instead of baking and it tastes wonderful. Next time I will add more spices to experiment.

I thought this turned out great. I didn’t have a small cupcake pan, so I used a regular one, I came it with broccoli muffins, and they were amazing. I’ll defiantly make this again. I added a 1/4 cup more chopped onion.

I absolutely love these. I first made them with a friend when we were trying to be super healthy and fell in love! Now, I make them all the time for my roommates and me and we can’t get enough

I cooked this for the first time today and it was a hit. I had about a third of a green bell pepper that needed to go somewhere so I diced or and added it in along with an extra egg to help offset it. Next time I will have to make a larger batch.

these are AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! I added more onion and another 1/2 cup of xtra sharp cheddar cheese. THey are more flavorful than the frozen bagged you buy at the grocery store. make sure you dry the brocoli as the recipe states. this definately will be a keeper!
