Personally, I thought these were bland if u follow the recipe exactly as is. It needed some serious seasoning or something to make them pop. Somebody mentioned bacon, that may do the trick. I was really disappointed in these though because they were fun to make and looked so promising. Needless to say, I threw them out. On the bright side, my dog liked them! Haha

This was missing some seasonings. Salt and pepper was just not cutting it. Just missing that one ingredient that would of made tgis dish explode. If I make this dish again, I know exactly what it needs.

Ended up adding some Alfredo sauce to make the mix creamy. Added a lot more broccoli too. Would definitely make again!

I have made these a few times now and every time I have added more eggs. These are very tasty and everyone has enjoyed them. I bake them for a few extra minutes because we like them crusty.

These were really good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as it was and it is great just like it is, but it would also be good to add other veggies and seasonings as well axcording to personal preference. I will definitely make it again.

really good. i did change the recipe a little. i only had one egg. so, to add more moisture i added some heavy whipping cream. i used a shallot that i needed to get ride of intread of onion and it was a really good mild flavor . I was a little lazy and so i baked the whole thing in a pie pan. my little one year old ate all of it and my husband love this so much so good!

eh, not my favorite. more trouble than they are worth. u have to tweek the recipe so much that u may as well create your own. if u do make it, make sure to seriously grease up your pan.

turned out good but a little dry at first but I added a slice of cut up raw pork bacon to the mixture and put in the muffin cups and OMG 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲, they were moist and the bacon flavor with the broccoli, cheese, onion, and flavored bread crumbs made that recipe a Keeper. Thank you

There is no need to cook broccoli- just chop into really small pieces. I added 3 Tbs Half and Half, and 3 eggs. Also- if using any flavored bread crumbs- no need to add salt). This dish disappeared withing 5 minutes- my daughter HATES broccoli- and she ate 6 of them!!!
