This is a new family favorite. We added cooked rice to the leftover filling, filled the baking dish with it, and placed the chicken on top. Super yummy side dish!

This dish was fantastic! I used an Italian cheese blend and wrapped them in bacon. Five stars all the way!!! Served with hatch chili pasta salad. DELISH!

this chicken was very good. my 4 year old was the first one done dinner. i did add kicking chicken seasoning to the chicken. I served this dish with brown rice.

Pretty good, agreed that maybe something extra would have put it over the top. I had a hard time stuffing the chicken breasts but the cooking was very easy.

It was absolutely fantastic, made extra stuffing and used it to make a Rosa sauce for the rice side. It was a huge hit, convinced my in-laws to be that I am in fact an adequate choice of in-law myself.

My husband and I both really liked this. I was being lazy and didn't sear the chicken in the pan first, but just stuffed the breast and put it straight into the oven. It came out just fine that way. Of course I did have to increase the cooking time to about 30 minutes, but it was no problem. Very tasty!

Really tasty! Careful not to over salt. I sprinkled shredded cheese on top just before putting in oven. Won’t make this on a weeknight again. Took longer than I thought but worthwhile.

This was a really easy yummy recipe, I used italian bread crumbs and then gave it a parmesan-romano crust. My 3 year old son loved it!

Delicious and pretty easy! I did zesty bread crumbs instead of regular. We doubled the shredded cheese and did two different types: Colby jack and mozzarell. Paired well with sautéed tomatoes and zucchini.
