This was good I omitted the flour and baking powder. I sautéed the onion as the raw onion was still crunchy in my first attempt. I used less milk and added a third egg. The first time I added ham and the second time I added mushrooms. You can use any flavor of cheese and any veggies you like.

Followed another review omitting the flour and baking soda, but added 4 oz of jahrlsberg. by mistake I added a small amount of ginger...it didn't distract and added a little bit of warmth. baked in a pie pan with coconut oil. I had some baked potato left overs which I sliced, sprayed with oil and placed them around the outer edge.

Is a regular dish I make. I use 3 eggs, omit the cheese, use almond milk, add a little sriracha spice and bake in a springform pan. Dont really measure the broccoli, just steam what looks good. Don’t miss the crust or the cheese.

Have made it several times with various vegetables. Turns out great but recipe does leave out milk.
Great that it is crustless. Fewer calories and carbs.

Instructions were incomplete. What do you do with the milk? Didn't say. But since I've been cooking long enough, I added it. Also had to put a bit of light cooking oil, else the quiche will turn out dry.

It was pretty yummy, a really good way to hide vegetables!! I added cauliflower too!
