This recipe is delicious! Added a 1/4 teaspoon of cumin and hot chili pepper, it was a hit with the fam!

I cooked in the oven with just a little oil spray (flip once) - to avoid frying oil. Turned out good and smelled delicious. I would add more spices next time.
I'm glad i tried this. I like finding new ways to use everyday ingredients.

Easy recipe. Turned out just like picture. Husband loved it! I thought it was a teensy but bland. If I made it again I would add more red pepper, and I think it would be much better with cheddar instead of parmesan.

I'd rather just eat broccoli steamed with a little salt, not mentioning roasted with balsamic. Good idea, however. The flavour and texture are just lacking in my opinion. :/

Mine turned out a little dry too, but enjoyed the flavors! Will make again and try adding a little more water.

These didn't turn out nearly as well as I hoped. Part of it is probably my fault for not frying them long enough, but overall they were pretty soggy and bland. I'm not sure if I'll try them again, but if I do I'll let them fry longer before taking them off the stove. I'll keep roasting my broccoli in the oven for now.

I added a little water because the pancake mixture was a little dry before the broccoli went in. Fantastic result!

This wasn't the best recipe ... it turned out tasting like a dense cake of flour and steamed broccoli. Perhaps try quickly frying the florets with oil and salt instead of steaming, or add some kind of rising agent (baking powder?).

Not bad considering they are made from broccoli. Next time will add more red pepper flakes and make sure they are thinner when frying pretty good taste though a little doughy tasting but not sure if it's because I mixed the flour mix before I added the broccoli first I will add bread crumbs next time for texture but would make again.

These were amazing! I loved them now hopefully my baby will like them too. So difficult to find ways to feed them veggies. I used bread crumbs instead and 1/4 teaspoon of salt only.

I really enjoyed these fritters. I don't like Parmesan cheese so I put my own spin on it. I added cream cheese instead of parmesan, chopped onions, & Cayenne pepper to replace the red pepper flakes. It was quick, easy, and delicious.

Absolutely delicious. Made it just like the recipe and came out beautifully. The only difference was that I didn't fry them but used only a little oil. Still, this is definitely a keeper ❤️

I'm not a cook and I don't really cook that often, so I wanted something easy to make. I tried it, and ate it with rice and yogurt and it was yummy and my family loved it too.

Amaze-balls!! This will be on high rotation at home! I added extra garlic and just eye balled the ingredients. Also added a little olive oil to the mix - would also be lovely with cauliflower and corn!

I've made these several times. This time I substituted 3/4 cup brown rice flour and added 1/2 tsp baking powder. I also substituted a 1/2 cup goat cheese crumbles.
