- 1 pound broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 4 cups cooked white rice (2 cups uncooked)
- 3 cups colby cheese (shredded, or whatever)
- 2 cans cream (soup whatever flavor, mushroom, chicken, and/or celery work best)

Very yummy! I put uncooked rice in and had no issue with it being cooked properly within the specified timeframe. Will make this again for sure :)

Great recipe. Only problem I had was my rice wasn’t fully cooked. I used 2 cups of uncooked rice. But I improvised and added some water and cooked for another 25 minutes. Was a hit with the kids. My picky eater loved this.

delicious. i made for a potluck dinner. its very simple. it went over so well i was asked to bring it for the next event.
