Ingredients

  • 1 quart water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 stalks broccoli (cooked, chopped)
  • 1 head cauliflower (cooked, chopped)
  • 1 pound velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Directions

  1. Dissolve cubes in water, add celery and onion.
  2. Cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken soup, cooked broccoli and cooked cauliflower.
  4. Stir until soup is smooth.
  5. Add cheese cubes and garlic.
  6. Stir until cheese is melted over low heat.
  7. Let simmer, stirring occasionally.
