So simple and so wonderful. My husband LOVED it. Didn't change a thing. Used nice, big vidalia onions and served with mashed potatoes.

Very simple and delicious. Loved it. I didn't make any changes to the recipe however did make it a few days in advance in order to let the flavors settle in more as well as remove the excess fat from the liquids / gravy. It's really perfect as it is. I served it last year for Hanukkah and will continue this new tradition every year! Thanks to BGSK.
