This is a very good recipe for Brioche. The nice bite size pieces are great for snacking. They may take a little too long for a quick breakfast, but if you have the time or really just want to make your own brioche for any meal really, this is a great recipe to follow. They taste great right from the oven, and you can use butter or garlic spread to really bring out the flavor.
