Marinades are just the start. You can marinate a bad cut of steak all day and night and it won't matter what you do. Buy a good rib eye or NY strip then use a good marinade and you won't be disappointed. But 90% of it is how how you cook the meat. You have to sear it on high-heat. 2 mins each side then 4-5 mins each side after. This will get you a perfectly-cooked medium-rare steak...which is how a good steak should be cooked. If you eat medium to well cooked steaks, don't waste your money on a quality cut. Either eat pork or chicken or just get a Top Sirloin and save yourself some money.

I tried this and it was awesome!! The steak had a great flavor and was really juicy. I didn't have pineapple juice but I didn't have like a pineapple and orange juice lol but it still tastes great
