Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (12-inch pre-made, I use Whole Foods organic pizza crust)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounces mascarpone (you can cheat and use regular cream cheese, it just won't taste as good!)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups berries (whatever, are available - I used strawberries, blackberries and raspberries, but you could also add blueberries, or even thinly sliced peaches)
  • mint sprigs (tiny)
