For those times when you are stumped as to what to make for a quick and easy breakfast, say on a busy weekday morning, here's an idea that can be endlessly adapted depending on what you have on hand. Fresh strawberries are topped with yogurt and sprinkled with cereal, this one includes honey and almonds. Swap out the fruit for others, whatever is in season, and use plain or other flavors of yogurt as desired. Same for the cereal, using your favorite muesli or granola.
