I added extra cheese and subsituted the green peppers for spinach and it was delicious. I also tried baking half in muffin pan with paper cups and half without the cups. The ones in the cups stuck horribly and tore apart so I suggest just greasing your pan.

It tasted good and was simple to make but it did not make 8 servings it only made 6 sticks when I followed the directions.
It was very tasty! Perfect for a on-the-go breakfast! I see why it went viral on Facebook!

Great for making ahead of time for school and wirk mornings.
Made for my husband to take on the toad for breakfasts and he said they worked out perfect. Made them as muffins instead of sticks.

Why don't these nutrition values match with the one listed with full directions ? Which is correct? Both say 8 servings and have same ingredients?

Great recipe, though I did used sour cream as a dip which raises carbs a bit

I used a muffin tray instead of sticks. They're really good but really small if you use 1/4 cups. Will absolutely make these again.

Perfectly delicious, this is the remainder of what was left. I actually use a panloaf baking dish. Quick, simple and easy. Will definitely do it again.
