Basically I liked the end result but next time I will pre-bake the pastry sheet as I found it a bit soggy, and I'll add a beaten egg to the ricotta cheese, as I found the filling quite runny while it was hot, although it held together nicely once cold and it also tasted good as a cold slice. I'd certainly make it again and liked the addition of the mustard. I used a mild mustard as I didn't have the seeded one.
