Directions
- Slice pork into ¼ inch slices. Tenderize with a meat mallet or hammer. This makes the meat thinner and wider in addition to tenderizing it. Dip each piece of meat in a beaten egg and then dredge it in bread crumbs.
- Saute it in a small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
