  • 1 lb. pork loin roast, boneless
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. oil

    Directions

    1. Slice pork into ¼ inch slices. Tenderize with a meat mallet or hammer. This makes the meat thinner and wider in addition to tenderizing it. Dip each piece of meat in a beaten egg and then dredge it in bread crumbs.
    2. Saute it in a small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
    3. Eat as a main entrée or in a bun as a sandwich.
