  • 2 pounds mahi mahi (cut into sized sized chunks, can sub yellowtail or sea bass)

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley (or cilantro, I used cilantro)
