I was trying to find some use for the liverwurst I had in the fridge and thought I'd give this recipe a go, as it requires no preparation and is very easy to make. The green olives really blended well with the spread. I used low fat cream cheese, because liverwurst is pretty fatty on its own. This tastes very good on crispy toasted sourdough bread and can also be used as appetizer.
