- 1 envelope active dry yeast

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 19 oz. sausage links (JOHNSONVILLE® Hot or Mild Italian)
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella (sliced)
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup green peppers (roasted, sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- pepper
- 1 cup greens (micro, pea shoots, or other baby greens)
- 1/2 bunch basil (torn)
- 1 red onion (medium, wedged)
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms (stems removed)

Directions
- Prepare the dough: Whisk 1 cup warm water (about 105°F) and the sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle the yeast over top. Let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in olive oil.
- Whisk the flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, pour in the yeast mixture and stir to make a shaggy dough.
- Place dough on a floured surface and knead about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic, adding just enough flour to prevent it from sticking.
