- 4 bone-in ribeye (rib) pork chops (about 3/4-inch thick)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce

Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops about 2-3 minutes on each side; add hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, onion powder and hot pepper sauce to skillet, cover tightly and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
