Ingredients

4 bone-in ribeye pork chops (about 3/4-inch thick)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh ginger root (grated)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops about 2-3 minutes on each side; add hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, onion powder and hot pepper sauce to skillet, cover tightly and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
