  • 5 garlic cloves ( fresh)
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (broken in half, plus more for garnishing)
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme (plus more for garnishing)
  • 2 bay leaves (dried, broken in half)

So great!! I only had Golden fingerling potatoes but turned out amazing! We are garlic lovers so I tripled the amount of garlic used, My husband loved them!

Change up the herbs, use butter instead (or a mix of butter and evoo), veg stock, etc. Very versatile and yummy...

Liked it very much. I did not change anything on the recipe. This was the first time I had ever braised anything. A cooking method I will definitely try more.
