I made this recipe in my Instant Pot and it turned out great. I made Skinnytaste quick slaw as suggested by the author of this recipe as a side. My wife and grandkids loved it. I think next time I may add 8 more ounces of tomato sauce and cut a bit of the water. Overall this was a hit!
